Stargazer Riesling 2026
$40.00“Very pale yellow in colour with green hints, the nose is floral and lifted, showing waxy white flowers; gardenias and jasmine. In the background pink grapefruit and kaffir lime spiciness. The acid provides structure, drive and backbone to the palate, while the tangy exit is balanced with a judicious touch of residual sugar.” Samantha Connew […]

Trutta Pinot Gris 2025
$30.00Fermented on skins, lasting about 10 days. So the wine is skinsy, but only to a point, with full malolactic fermentation lending a certain richness and flesh, tensioned by minerals, savoury spice, texture and salinity. Very complex fruit profile; grapefruit, guava, and blood orange zest mingle together. Delicious. Norris at Waters Wine Co

Rob Hall Chardonnay 2025
$30.00A lively green gold. An attractive bouquet of white peach, pear and a little ginger spice. While the light- to medium-bodied palate is still quite tightly wound, this will begin to open up over the next six months and will still be looking good three to five years from now. 93 Points – Philip Rich, […]

Bondar Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2025
$40.00Intense aromatics of grapefruit, fresh and preserved lime, lemon, cashew, cream, wood, citrus blossom and spice. Rich and medium bodied, a wine of energy angles and cut. There’s a little more mid palate flesh than in previous iterations, and I’m not sure if it marks a shift in style or is a reflection of the […]

Tillie J Langhorne Creek Grenache 2024
$35.00Grenache has to be one of the most diverse grapes planted in Australia, reflected by the plethora of styles being crafted. Tillie J’s is delightful. Described to us as a Beaujolais style, I thought it somewhere between a Brouilly and Southern Rhone red. Compote of black, bramble and red fruits, with cut flowers, licorice, five […]

Corymbia Rocket’s Vineyard Tempranillo Malbec 2023

A perfect counterplay between acidity and tannins, fruit and savoury inputs, the reductive winemaking creating part of the latter. Dark cherries and kirsch, raspberries all dusted with brown spice, nori, slatey with a distinct ferrous note. The mid-weighted palate is juicy and tangy yet […]

$35.00A remarkable feinherb style. Tangy, tense and lithe with very high levels of natural acidity balanced by gentle sweetness.
