Fermentation and maturation in oak foudre (20% new) and concrete for seven months; all parcels were left on full yeast lees. Year in, year out this wine manages to achieve a balance between textural architecture and the bright, lively and telltale signs of the variety. Pineapple core, passionfruit curd, edamame and honeydew. On the palate, the wine continues to evolve with a pulpiness of ripe fruit and fullness of mouthfeel.
