Bondar Hope Springs Eternal Grenache 2024
$75.00Trott vineyard, ’52-planted bush vines, about 60% whole bunch with a very gentle extraction, matured in seasoned Austrian oak, ceramic and sandstone amphora. The Trott vineyard often throws darker fruits and moodier florals, and they’re here, yet the core remains red fruited and the structure is agreeably tense, a conduit for the twin charge of […]

Traviarti Nebbiolo 2023

La Petite Mort Saperavi 2022
$42.00Without doubt, the finest Saperavi in Australia. Made traditionally in Amphorae, left on skins for 180 days and a small dash of Sulphur the only addition. Yet despite this, the tannins are silky and the fruit vivid and fresh. Deeper than the 2020, brooding, with blackberry, mulberry, plum, blackcurrant and raspberry. There’s a ferrous element […]

Paralian Blewitt Springs Grenache Shiraz 2024
$35.0060/40% Marmont vineyard grenache/Paralian-owned Springs Hill vineyard shiraz. The most fruit-forward and ‘primal’ barrels are selected for this.
