Occam’s Razor was Emily McNally’s personal label, started from the ground up – an important winemaking grounding before joining her parents at Jasper Hill. It continues to provide a different point of view, a less is more approach, that truly excites. Elegant in style with aromas of dark black fruits, plum, dried blueberry, earth and anise cloaked in pepper and spice, it combines ripe fruit and fine tannins with some juicy acid spark. It carries its higher alcohol, as usual, with style. 95 points – Jeni Port, Halliday Wine Companion
