Daosa Late Disgorged Blanc de Blancs 2017
$175.00Sparkling or Champagne that spends this amount of time on lees, 90 months in this case, can have too much savouriness and leesy-ness, without enough freshness or fruit. However, the Daosa Blanc de Blancs is gorgeous, mineral, generous and intense, without any loss of freshness or fruit profile. It’s a remarkable feat in sparkling winemaking […]

Daosa Piccadilly Valley Rose 2022

Dr Edge Clay Chardonnay 2025
$60.00There is an undercurrent of Jura here, courtesy of the open-topped amphora. Aromas of honeysuckle, nougat, gardenia, lemon, custard and smoke lead into a pure, soft and expansive palate, with the fruit volume dialled-up compared with the nose: grapefruit, mandarin and white peach. The Jura influence is ever-present, with notes of ginger, cream, popcorn and […]

Serrat Autres Terres Nenagh Park Chardonnay 2024

Alex Moreau Chassagne Montrachet 2023
$270.00“A completely different aromatic profile presents notes of petrol, rosemary oil and white-fleshed fruit scents. There is notably better density and volume to the attractively textured medium weight flavors that display fine length on the balanced finale. This does need to develop better depth but that should reasonably occur if given a chance. Worth checking […]
