“A completely different aromatic profile presents notes of petrol, rosemary oil and white-fleshed fruit scents. There is notably better density and volume to the attractively textured medium weight flavors that display fine length on the balanced finale. This does need to develop better depth but that should reasonably occur if given a chance. Worth checking out. Drink 2029+ OUTSTANDING” 89-91 points – Allen Meadows, burghound.com – June 2025
“Pale lemon, a steely white fruit on the nose though quite discreet. Some riper notes on the back of the palate but still this is mainly about a crystalline energy, more backward less flowing than usual but it is all there, with a useful tension to finish. Drink from 2027-2031. Tasted Nov 2024.” 89-91 points – Jasper Morris insideburgundy.com

Grown at 841 metres – Victoria’s highest vineyard – this 100% Chardonnay is elevated in every sense. Beautifully fragrant, the aromas feel almost meticulously arranged in their purity and delineation: lemon, apple strudel, white flowers and ginger, with hints of Victoria plum and cherry. Fine and silky on the palate, the mousse is soft yet […]

From 0.51 ha of vines in 2 separate plots planted 1993 and 1965, one in the steepest stoniest part close to Blagny which contributes excellent acidity and structure, the other part is from lower down where the soil is richer and this part gives greater richness and depth to the wine. This shows wonderful intensity […]

A tiny 0.41 ha strip of vines located at the bottom of Grand Cru Les Clos. More apparent wood is present on the otherwise similar nose. There is however more richness and volume to the slightly bigger-bodied and more concentrated flavors that also brim with sappy dry extract while exhibiting outstanding length on the powerful […]
