Mercer Vermentino 2025
$28.00Grown on the Roxburgh vineyard in the Upper Hunter Valley, no other varietal represents a sustainable growing future like Vermentino. Dirty Three The Dirty Rizza Riesling 2024
$38.00Off-dry riesling at it’s very best, and the first that I’ve had from Gippsland. A ‘feinherb’ in style, so only about 10 g/l of sugar, so the alcohol is low also, at 10.8%. Gorgeous aromatics of spring jasmine, quince, flint, preserved lime, lemon, green apple and gentle spice. Pure and refreshing, energetic, ravishing yet precise, […]

Saltfleet Fiano 2026
$34.00A vibrant expression of Fiano. Sourced from a single organic vineyard in Blewitt Springs, where cooler conditions help preserve the variety’s natural acidity and freshness. Cool fermentation in stainless steel captures its lively character, before time in seasoned French oak barriques adds subtle texture and complexity. Bright and beautifully balanced, the palate unfolds with ripe […]

Reed White Heart Riesling 2023
$35.00A remarkable feinherb style. Tangy, tense and lithe with very high levels of natural acidity balanced by gentle sweetness. Flesh and zest of lime, grapefruit, white flowers, lemon, cumquat and tangerine. The acidity and salty minerality lend a sort of chisel and muscularity. This is certainly approachable now, but ideally better in a year or […]

Bondar Rayner Vineyard Grenache 2025
$40.00A warm and dry season, with halved crops, so some younger vine material joined the 1970-planted vines. Whatever the challenges, the result is in the black. Also, no oak this year, being fermented and raised in ceramic, clay and concrete; 15% whole bunch. There’s a deepness to this, and some levity. It feels spicier, earthier, […]

Thistle & Weed Khakibos White Blend 2024

Gentle Folk Riesling 2024
$40.00Our love for off-dry Riesling has meant giving the style a third run but with some refinement. Dryer than previous years, bottled much earlier, but still with a little hints of sugar to balance out the acidity we get from the high altitude and quartz soils of Scary Gully. We love it.
