From two small parcels: Denton, on the Yarra Valley floor, and Seville, in the upper Yarra. Bright green gold. This is immediately appealing, with aromas of white peach, apple blossom and a touch of spice, the oak sitting subtly in the background. Even better on the taut, chalky, very even palate.
