Green tinged, and the aromatics are a little more wild and exotic, compared to the Monte de Milieu. Preserved lemon, jasmine, brioche, green mango, lime, lemon, pineapple and apricot. Dense, almost full bodied as Chablis goes, with, piercing focus, yet curved and with lovely flow. Yellow peach, grapefruit, lime, marjoram, tarragon, fresh hay and apricot. Succulent and juicy, more immediately approachable, it’s so delicious already. Super vibrancy and length, and warming in the glass, darker flavoured and brooding. Waters Wine Co
