A 1.35ha vineyard located above Nuits St Georges. A place that holds its acidity well in the current climate – 380-400m altitude. Only about 1-2 days later maturing than the rest.
A medium depth of colour, with the most interesting perfume to date, a very fine raspberry with a floral topnote. A lovely balance between the fruit and the acidity, a striking elegance and very good length. Excellent. Drink from 2025-2028. (88-90) points, Jasper Morris M.W., Inside Burgundy, January 2024

This is a beguiling and dreamy wine. Translucent, deep ruby/magenta with a harmonious bouquet of dark, jubey fruit, subtle florals, spicy rolling tobacco and wet stone. The nose certainly promises a lot and the palate delivers in spades. Smooth, soft, full and ripe – red and dark cherries mingle with chalky, ultra-fine tannins with enough […]
Add to cart Producer: Home HillAs I write this, I’ve just returned from judging at the 2025 Tasmanian Wine Show, where this particular wine put in a stellar showing at the pointy end of the trophy judging. Gee it’s lovely. There’s not a hair out of place. Beautifully pure red berry and raspberry fruits with great carry of aroma and […]
Add to cart Producer: Home HillThis is 100% estate fruit, 25% whole bunches were retained while the balance of the crop was destemmed. A wild ferment was in small open vats and the juice had about three to four days rest before some gentle foot-stomping and a daily plunge. Everything was pressed after 14 days into tank, and then gravity-fed […]
Add to cart Producer: Hochkirch“A four-vineyard, six-clone blend; 20% wholes bunches, 15% new oak. A bright crimson red. A lifted bouquet redolent of summer red fruits, poached rhubarb, rose bush and white pepper. The energetic palate is light to medium bodied with the wine’s fine-grained tannins and bright acidity making for a delicious and refreshing mouthful. Good, nay, great […]
