The 2019 Riesling Vom Grauen Schiefer is clear and very intense on the aromatic nose that displays ripe, juicy apricot and white peach aromas. Juicy and perfectly round on the crystalline and salty palate, this is a rich, intense, very aromatic and almost Traminer-like Pundericher Riesling with a long and juicy finish. Impressively intense. The purity of the rocky terroir is perfectly covered by 3.5 grams of residual sugar that gives texture, roundness and fruit but also a long and mineral finish with grip.
