Fruit aromas are typical Moss Wood – ripe peach, combined with a zesty note similar to cumquat marmalade. These combine with lots of roast almonds and cashews, shortbread biscuits, malt and toasty oak for added complexity. The palate is lively, with fresh acidity giving lift to peaches, limes, grapefruit and caramel; there is full body and firm tannin underneath, so the wine displays good length and there is just a touch of malt and toasty oak on the finish. Winemaker’s Notes
Another glorious, age-worthy Chardonnay. All the Moss Wood hallmarks of fastidious viticulture, fermentation and lees ageing in French barriques.

Add to cart Producer: Christian MoreauThe lieux-dit of Les Chevalieres is situated above the village of Meursault. Above is the lieux-dit of Les Luchets, which produces a higher toned, more tensile wine. I can’t help but think that this is ideally situated, in a sense, mid-slope, the perfect aspect in Burgundy. Impossibly complex, with notes of white flowers, lemon, lime, […]
Add to cart Producer: Fabien Coche“A blend of fruit from the Moorabool Valley, Barrabool Hills and Bellarine Peninsulas in Geelong. The boys at Mulline have nailed this new and well-priced addition to the range. Gently saline, with aromas of perfectly ripened white peaches. The palate is simultaneously fleshy, structured and long. A wine to buy by the case and enjoy […]
Add to cartFrom 0.51 ha of vines in 2 separate plots planted 1993 and 1965, one in the steepest stoniest part close to Blagny which contributes excellent acidity and structure, the other part is from lower down where the soil is richer and this part gives greater richness and depth to the wine. This shows wonderful intensity […]
