The lieux-dit of Les Chevalieres is situated above the village of Meursault. Above is the lieux-dit of Les Luchets, which produces a higher toned, more tensile wine. I can’t help but think that this is ideally situated, in a sense, mid-slope, the perfect aspect in Burgundy. Impossibly complex, with notes of white flowers, lemon, lime, cashew and cream. It’s very full bodied, luxurious and silkily fine. Despite the weight and power, everything it seems, is so well appointed. There’s a softness to the palate that is almost caressing. This is wonderful Meursault.

Preserved lemon, jasmine, brioche, green mango, lime, pineapple and apricot rise from the glass. Dense and almost full-bodied for Chablis, yet beautifully crystalline, with piercing focus, serious depth and an effortless flow. The palate layers yellow peach, grapefruit, lime, marjoram, tarragon, fresh hay and apricot, with a succulent, juicy texture that makes it immediately approachable […]

Excellent, fitting the mold of sleek, stylish yet powerful chardonnays that have captivated the chardonnay lovers’ community. Flinty with reductive notes, showing struck match, kaffir limes, sea spray, grapefruit and apple blossoms. The palate is taut and refined with a generous fruit profile. So distinctive and impressive. ‘The Bourgogne vineyards are in Meursault Puligny, Chassagne and St-Aubin. Glowing pale lemon. Crisply attractive, not very reductive, no great weight on the palate, tingling acidity, a little citrus rinse, fair length. Drink from 2026-2028.’ (86-87) Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, October 2025. From vines located in Meursault (40%), Puligny (15%), Chassagne (15%) and […]
