100% pinot noir grapes with 20% reserve, consisting of 8/8/3/1% 2021/2020/2019/2018. All reserve wine is aged in old hogshead barrels. Aromas of red apple, ruby-red grapefruit, citrus fruits and raspberry with hints of rose petals, redcurrant, sea spray, crushed sea shells and freshly baked apple/raspberry pastries. This benchmark Tasmanian sparkling wine continues to be crafted from 100% pinot noir grapes. The 20% reserve consists of 8% 2021, 8% 2020, 3% 2019 and 1% 2018. All reserve wine is aged in old hogshead (300l) barrels. 100% Malo-lactic. Tirage Date: September 2023, Disgorgement Date: 23/05/2025 (20 months tirage-age).
