There is always such tension and balance with the Cedre wines, and all of this achieved without any additions save a little Sulphur at bottling. Very long close, fresh and lively, the pumice like tannins purring, interwoven by pure fruit and precise acidity. This will have a very long drinking window, but is certainly approachable young. This blend of Malbec with 5% Merlot is made in a style that is easy and ready to drink relatively young. A fruity wine, it’s full of black-currant and plum flavors, with fresh acidity at the end. The wine is ready now. 91 Points, Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast

Made from a blend of 95% Malbec and 5% Merlot from vines aged 25-30 years old. Fermented for a total of 20 days, with regular punch-downs for the first 3 or 4 days only. Malo-lactic conversion is carried out in tank, then matured for 16 months in concrete. Producer’s Notes
