Such a wonderful wine, Rob Hall’s Yarra Valley pinot noir, one of the most consistent and best value wines in the region. Lifted aromatics with lavender, sweet and tangy red fruits and savoury spice. Light to medium bodied, with fantastic concentration of flavours, perky acidity and soft, fine tannins. Bargain territory. Norris at Waters Wine Co
Mainly destemmed with a small number of whole bunches. Light bright crimson. Delicate and perfumed with strawberry, rose and lavender. The palate is equally delicate, with lovely persistence and balanced, svelte tannins. Finishes silky and long. A lovely and well-priced wine to drink now and over the next two to three years. Drink by 2030. 95 points – Philip Rich, Halliday Wine Companion
