Still very youthful on the nose, this is crammed with ripe peach, plus more delicate notes of pineapple and mangosteen. It’s a minor miracle that this kind of concentration can be packed into such a sleek, medium-bodied palate. What an amazing mouthfeel this has thanks to the seamless integration of slatey acidity and ripeness. Very long finish with spot-on balance. Drinkable now, but best from 2025. 97 points, James Suckling
While tightly wound in youth and too nervous to express itself fully, there’s a core of sun-drenched peach and yellow cherry lusciousness that pulsates from within here. It’s still subtle on the nose, but the palate can’t hide the intensity of fruit and swirls of honey and hibiscus nectar waiting to unfurl. Delicate sweetness is balanced by a lifting spray of minerality and a spine of laser-edged acidity. Hold until 2030 at least; it’s a wine to enjoy over decades.96 points, Decanter

Add to cart Producer: GrossetFrom 0.51 ha of vines in 2 separate plots planted 1993 and 1965, one in the steepest stoniest part close to Blagny which contributes excellent acidity and structure, the other part is from lower down where the soil is richer and this part gives greater richness and depth to the wine. This shows wonderful intensity […]
Add to cart Producer: Jean-Louis ChavyThe latest rendition of Agrapart’s NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Terroirs is excellent. Based on the 2018 vintage, with fully 60% reserve wines from 2017 (some 40% of which mature in wood), it’s medium to full-bodied, seamless and chiseled, evocative of citrus oil, buttered toast, mint and fresh bread. It derives from […]
Add to cart Producer: AgrapartA tiny 0.41 ha strip of vines located at the bottom of Grand Cru Les Clos. More apparent wood is present on the otherwise similar nose. There is however more richness and volume to the slightly bigger-bodied and more concentrated flavors that also brim with sappy dry extract while exhibiting outstanding length on the powerful […]
