Rieslingfreak No 2 Polish Hill Riesling 2026

Highly perfumed – nashi pear, gardenia and yuzu lift from the glass, with flashes of lime, guava and tropical fruit. The palate is both crisp and textural, with a fine, talc-like mineral slip. Sweet-edged apple and guava meet spice, almond and a touch of richness, all cut by a bright, electric line of acidity. Long, clean and quietly complex.

Rieslingfreak No 3 Clare Valley Riesling 2026

Seductive and bright – Meyer lemon, tangelo and ripe nectarine lead. The palate is generous yet finely tuned, with citrus at its core, layered with melon and tropical fruit. A tight line of acidity keeps everything in check, driving a long, zesty finish.

Rieslingfreak No 4 Eden Valley Riesling 2026

Explosive aromatics – lime zest, passionfruit and guava, with a lift of jasmine and elderflower. The palate is vivid and mineral, all citrus pop and saline edge, with hints of quince and kiwi. Tightly wound acidity drives it long and fine, finishing crisp and mouthwatering.

Rieslingfreak No 5 Clare Valley Off Dry Riesling 2026

Perfumed and inviting – red apple, white peach and mandarin, with a lift of orange blossom and honeysuckle. The palate is lush yet poised, stone fruit and apple wrapped in a gentle sweetness, cut by a sherbet-like zing of acidity. Rich through the middle, but finishes clean, bright and long.

Rieslingfreak No 8 Schatzkammer Riesling 2026

Bright and playful – lemon sherbet, guava and hibiscus lift from the glass. Light in alcohol, with a perfect tension between succulent sweetness and crackling acidity. Tropical and citrus notes glide across the palate before a razor line of freshness snaps it shut. Clean, precise, and seriously moreish.

Rieslingfreak No 12 Flaxman Valley Riesling 2026

Highly perfumed – kaffir lime, kiwi and rose petal with a cool edge of wet slate. The palate is ultra-fine and satin-textured, all citrus precision and mineral cut, with yuzu and finger lime driving through a steely, focused line. Long, pure and laser-sharp.
