A blend of multiple parcels totalling 1.64 ha, but all from this same village’s lieu-dit, with 3 generations of vines. In totality, this is the largest parcel of the domaine at over 1 hectare located at the end of the valley above the village of St Aubin.
‘This has been racked. Le Ban with several other vineyards included. Pale colour with lime green reflections. Just a little toasty note to the nose, with pure white fruit on the palate, with the vigorous freshness associated with St-Aubin. A tingling finish thanks to the mineral acidity. Drink from 2026-2029.’ 88-91 points, Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, October 2023.

“The 2022 Meursault Village is ample and generous, wafting from the glass with notes of pear, clear honey, green apple and bread dough. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, with a rich core of fruit girdled by lively acids, it concludes with a saline finish.” 90-92 points, William Kelley, The Wine Advocate “The 2022 Meursault […]
Add to cart Producer: Henri GermainA tiny 0.41 ha strip of vines located at the bottom of Grand Cru Les Clos. More apparent wood is present on the otherwise similar nose. There is however more richness and volume to the slightly bigger-bodied and more concentrated flavors that also brim with sappy dry extract while exhibiting outstanding length on the powerful […]
Add to cart Producer: Christian MoreauFrom 0.146 ha of vines planted in 1986 which were purchased by Jean-Louis. “Has a lifted mineral nose with subtle scents of honeysuckle and almond, certainly endowed with the vigour one expects from this vineyard. The palate is fine, harmonious and svelte on the entry. This is a Perrieres demonstrating typical fine mineral nuance, though […]
Add to cart Producer: Jean-Louis ChavyScrewcap. Unusually for a Petit Chablis, which generally comes from the lower-lying sites on Portlandian limestone, the lion’s share of this cuvée is drawn from a parcel of Kimmeridgian-based soil. Yet it’s not necessarily the type of limestone but more the location that makes the difference. The small Defaix parcel is well situated on the […]
