The Laze Chardonnay comes from the Kerri Greens home vineyard, Duke. Two thirds was pressed and sent to old French barriques to ferment wild on full solids. One third was left as whole bunches and fermented carbonic for 14 days before basket pressing. Combined a month before bottling.
