Preserved lemon, jasmine, brioche, green mango, lime, pineapple and apricot rise from the glass. Dense and almost full-bodied for Chablis, yet beautifully crystalline, with piercing focus, serious depth and an effortless flow.
The palate layers yellow peach, grapefruit, lime, marjoram, tarragon, fresh hay and apricot, with a succulent, juicy texture that makes it immediately approachable and utterly delicious. Vibrant and persistent, it gains warmth and depth in the glass, revealing darker, more brooding flavours beneath its crystalline purity. Long, complex and wonderfully energetic.
