The brand new Blanc de Blancs NV is the sister to our stellar Rosé: with Tasmania’s beauty and strength at the fore. Delicate white flowers blend effortlessly with lemon curd, toasty shortbread and white nectarine. The palate is elegance defined, with a long finish of fresh cream and preserved lemon. ‘Bis’ is French for ‘the space in-between’, which encapsulates the process and inspiration it took to make this exquisite non-vintage blanc.
