A lovely Provence rosé style copper with a pinkish hue. The glass is filled with aromas of rose petal, freshly picked strawberries and spring herbs. The palate is refined and textural, with mouth-filling flavours of delicate red fruits and fresh herbs. This, coupled with indulgent natural acidity create a Rosé of intense pleasure. Fermented in French oak puncheons and hogsheads, 10% of which were new. Winemaker’s Notes
