The fruit for the idiosyncratic Patrick Sullivan Pinot Noir comes from two vineyards: Berry’s Creek in South Gippsland and Maffra in Central Gippsland. Berry’s Creek is planted to a high density of 7000 vines per hectare at 200m above sea level on volcanic loam over clay.
