$30.00European in style. At least in the sense that it’s herbal, savoury, spicy and salty. Lifted red fruits, but it really is about those herbal elements and some lanolin fluffiness on the midpalate. Finishes mildly textural and slightly saline. Mouthwatering and delicious.
