Holly’s Garden Pinot Gris 2022

Stunning contemporary pinot gris. Pear, apple, honeysuckle, apricot and savoury spice. Medium bodied, but packed with presence and flavour, I love that this has not been taken too far. There’s a feeling of restraint despite the abundance. Some creamy notes, custard almost, that reminds me of apple pie, with some rhubarb thrown in for good measure.
