Mulline Pinot Gris 2025
$35.0020% was crushed and fermented on skins for seven days. A pale, bright salmon colour. Beautifully poised with its aromas of redcurrant, nectarine, pear and blood orange. Trutta Pinot Gris 2025
$30.00Fermented on skins, lasting about 10 days. So the wine is skinsy, but only to a point, with full malolactic fermentation lending a certain richness and flesh, tensioned by minerals, savoury spice, texture and salinity. Very complex fruit profile; grapefruit, guava, and blood orange zest mingle together. Delicious. Norris at Waters Wine Co
