La Petite Mort’s VMR Qvevri 2022 is made from whole berries of Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne fermented in terra cotta amphora for 67 days – skins and all. The Viognier gives fruit and perfume while the Marsanne lends it’s waxy texture and the Roussanne gives a hint of savouriness. Bottled un-fined and un-filtered. A unique, delicious, amber wine.
