Sourced from Clare Burder’s family vineyard at ~800m on the Whitlands High Plateau. Whole-bunch pressed, barrel fermented, full malo, regular lees stirring for structure and texture. Pale straw with green hues; white peach, lemon-lime zest, citrus blossom and flinty minerality. Pure and balanced, with fine lees texture and gentle oak spice, carried by vibrant acidity to a long, savoury finish.
