Our shiraz was fermented on skins for 3 weeks with 30% whole bunch fermentation. It has been matured for 18 months in a combination of large format old oak and new barriques. On the nose subtle white pepper and spiced plum, An elegant palate that is well balanced and has lovely refined tannins will reward you with great length. Producer’s Notes
