This delicious Fleurie was astounding when tasted from barrel, and has opened up more since bottling, with an expressive currant and raspberry fruit marked by exquisite finesse backed up by depth, density and admirable length on the palate. The vineyard is surrounded by walls and by forest on three sides; the 400m-450m elevation brings freshness, while the south exposure ensures solid ripening.
