The lightest hue of the pinots this vintage and, given it’s a blend, the most approachable, too, as in immediately drinkable and pleasurable. Heady aromas – all florals and baking spices with wild strawberries and juicy cherries, and a touch of exotica. “All the Dirts” refers to our Pinot Noir that is a blend of all the vineyards that we work with. We strive for this wine to be a reflection South Gippsland Pinot Noir, ready to drink from the outset, with layers of flavour, juicy mid-palate and a silky finish .
