100% Vermentino. Perfumed and aromatic, with notes of creamy lees, apricot, white peach, nectarine, lime zest, Mirabel plum. Cherry and thyme. An absolutely fascinating wine, a delight to taste and utterly absorbing to drink. Salty, and electric, with a silky glide. The fruit is incredibly intense, bright and tangy.
