The Scarborough Yellow Label Chardonnay is our house white here on Sydney’s northern beaches. Irrespective of vintage, the wine offers consistency and great value. The style has always been on the richer spectrum, but over recent years, more detail and extra freshness has crept in. Quite frankly, the Yellow Label has never been better. Fermented and matured on lees for 12 months in both new and aged French oak. Citrus,melon and butterscotch characters on the nose, with a creamy, full, round and rich palate. This is consistently great Hunter Chardonnay!
