The only thing wrong with this wine, sourced from a 0.38-hectare vineyard in Cape Town, is that there’s so little of it, owing to the size of the parcel and the strong prevailing winds. Pure, taut, focused and refined, it’s peppery, herbal, graceful and red-fruited, with a delicacy and elegance that wouldn’t look out of place in Côte Rôtie. 2024-30. 97 points – Tim Atkin MW
Made from grapes sourced from the Hunter Valley and Hilltops. A different take on the variety that we found ourselves loving. Intense, vivid and bright, with black and briary fruit, baking spices and cut flowers. Medium bodied, savoury, with coffee ground tannins and Beaujolais like crunch. Waters Wine Co

Add to cart Producer: BindiTerrific rendition of Greenock Creek’s rich and opulent flavours. Full bodied, with black fruits, some sweet raspberry, sumac, cinnamon and wood spice. Round in shape, it’s not heavy and is surprisingly light on it’s feet. Despite all the apparent presence and flavour, there’s a youthful brightness, conveyed by the fine, soft tannins. Lovely focus and […]

The bouquet has warm spices, licorice and black fruits; superb mouthfeel, balance and texture, thanks to the shimmering tannins. Silk and satin rather than velvet.” 97 points, James Halliday, The […]
