Pricing and Payment
All prices listed in this website are in Australian Dollars and are per single bottle or pack, as specified. Prices include GST but exclude delivery charges, where applicable. We accept no responsibility for errors in pricing and reserve the right to cancel and refund an order placed at the incorrect price.
We accept VISA and Mastercard through our secure payment gateway, NAB Transact. We also accept Paypal payments. Full payment for your delivery will be deducted at the completion of the transaction. Delivery arrangements will not commence until full payment has been received.
Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Australia except to Dry Zones, as specified by the Australian Government. See our FAQ page for more information.
Promotions
Any promotional offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Each offer may only be valid for a limited time and may only be used once. We reserve the right to revoke a promotion at any time.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the wines you buy from us and go to great lengths to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with your delivery we offer a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

Exclusions – we can’t accept returns outside of 60 days or returns on products that have been damaged while in your care.
