The RS21 Riesling from Castle Rock is a medium dry Riesling which has wonderful balance between natural acidity and the residual sugar left in the wine.
Feijoa and lime evident on the palate, backed by some floral notes. The sugar gives a lovely richness to the mid palate. The Riesling acid structure is in excellent balance and provides a clean and refreshing finish.
