The Höllberg vineyard is located north of Siefersheim and extends for about one kilometre at an altitude of 160 to 220 metres. It is the warmest and driest of Wagner’s Rheinhessen operations. The heavily stone-infiltrated soils absorb the heat of the sun and store it for a very long time. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured in German oak barrels, this top Riesling is intense, voluminous and perfectly balanced. Extremely complex fruit flavours combine with herbal and floral scents. Pronounced minerality supported by a delicate acid structure.
