A monopole vineyard for the Estate, of 12 and a half acres. The soil is very light with weathered slate producing finely structured wines of delicacy and poise, married with real staying power. The wine is naturally fermented in old German oak. Very light in colour with a stunning perfume of honeysuckle, lemon and limes and spice. The palate is breathtakingly cool, so elegant with a lightness of touch that bespeaks power. Citrus, minerals, honey and grapefruit all interplay with incredible freshness. An absolute bargain.
