Fruit from the Powderbark vineyard. Whole-bunch pressed, stainless-steel ferment, on lees for 4 months. This has all the austere acidity that makes Frankland River riesling what it is, but it comes with a plump fruit profile that gives it a richness and almost an opulence. Lychee, lime, green apple and talc. The acidity has a zing and a pop and finishes with a crunch of sea salt. 95 points – Erin Larkin, Halliday Wine Companion 2021
