Prophet’s Rock Pinot Gris 2021

Pinot Gris can taste and feel like almost anything, and it’s rare that we find one we like. We love the the Prophets Rock! Deep, with flavours of brown sugar, walnut, honeycomb, Kiwi, apple, melon, stone fruits and spice. Luscious and long with a very subtle textural element and tense, balancing acidity. There is so much weight and presence and yet the overall impression is one of depth and purity. The bar has been set high! Waters Wine Co.
