The “Oulie”, refers to the wine being topped up and so the style is not oxidised. Traminer is another name for Savagnin. The 2016 from Tissot comes from vineyards planted on clay, so this tends to have a little more flesh and body. Citrus, stone fruits, blood orange, honey and walnuts. So many layers here, texture, juicy, fleshy, and that lovely thrashing drive of Savagin. Incredible wine. Unique and very long lived.
