The Cuvée Thomas steps up the complexity and is a blend of different Jacquère parcels, with vine age between 36 and 120 years on blue silex (flint) soils. Aged on the lees in stainless steel tanks for 9 months before bottling. On the nose, there is a beautiful, floral aroma with an alpine lift, very captivating. This is a little like Pepiere’s Briords but from Jacquère in the Savoie. The palate is salty, like the best Jacquères are, with zingy tension and drive. A minerally wine for sure it grows in weight and has and attractive lengthy finish. Super. Importer’s Notes
