Vivid and intense, capturing the warmth and coolness of the site. Medium bodied, with cashew, pink grapefruit, lime, lime zest, white peach, dried apricot and gardenia flower. This is still very young and we found with plenty of swirling, a little warmth and time, the palate gained greater width, depth and freshness. Soft, subtle spice and a gorgeous mouth watering mineral finish. Persistent, and will show at it’s best in a couple of years. Best release yet! Waters Wine Co
