This limited bottling comes from two high-altitude and mature vineyards in the Piccadilly Valley and Lobethal. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed into mainly older French oak (25% new) for nine months. Natural fermentation, partial malo, and a touch of lees stirring to add complexity and depth. Full of green apple and citrus, with an intense mineral character. A wonderful high grown Chardonnay from a terrific Adelaide Hills vintage.
