The Pigface Chardonnay, named after the succulent that roams the cliffs of Kerri Greens, is hand harvested from the Silverwood vineyard, Balnarring. Established 1998, managed by Kerri Greens since 2016. Fermented wild in a mix of newer and older french puncheons. 9 months on full solids followed by a further 4 weeks settling post racking. Bottled unfined with a little filter.
