The 2021 Tarrington Vineyards Chardonnay is perfection and I defy anyone who says they don’t like Chardonnay not to love a glass, or preferably a bottle of this. Medium bodied, almost fresh water textured, there are layers of fruit, subtle cream, hints of wood and laser like acidity. With great amplitude and almost round in the mouth, this is another great release, possibly the best ever, of one of Australia’s greatest Chardonnays. Waters Wine Co
