Outstanding. An airier and cooler and nose offers up notes of white flower, pear, soft wood and citrus where the latter can also be found on the attractively textured and lightly mineral-driven middle weight flavors that possess excellent delineation and excellent intensity on the sappy and notably dry bitter lemon-inflected finish. This stylish effort is an understated wine of finesse. 90-92 points, Allen Meadows, Burghound, Issue 75
The 2017 Meursault Les Chevalières wafts from the glass with notes of lemon oil, tart green orchard fruit, white flowers and almond paste. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, taut and incisive, with excellent concentration, a tangy structuring line of acidity and a long finish. This is an intense, flinty Chevalières that will develop beautifully in the cellar. 91-93 points, William Kelly, The Wine Advocate
