Hay Shed Hill Chardonnay 2018
The 2018 Vineyard Series Chardonnay from Hay Shed Hill is a cracker. Aromas of fresh cut pear and honey dew melon with some zesty citrus notes. The palate is fresh and lively with clean crisp acidity complementing the vibrant fruity flavours. Excellent length and clean and bright. This is a restrained style of Australian Chardonnay and highlights how far this style of wine has come over the last decade. Delicious!
