Bondar Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2023

Intense aromatics of grapefruit, fresh and preserved lime, lemon, cashew, cream, wood, citrus blossom and spice. Rich and medium bodied, a wine of energy angles and cut. There’s a little more mid palate flesh than in previous iterations, and I’m not sure if it marks a shift in style or is a reflection of the vintage. One things for sure though, this is the best chardonnay yet from Bondar. Waters Wine Co
